Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom embroidery products (as they are personalized for each customer)
- Used batting gloves and footwear (due to hygiene concerns)
- Glove services (once work has begun on your glove)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
- Refund method: Your refund will be processed to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Bank processing: Additional 5-10 business days may be required for the refund to appear on your statement
Exchange Policy
For exchanges (size, color, or different product):
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive the original product
- You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damaged or Defective Items
