Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping:

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Flat rate: $12.95 USD

Free Shipping:

  • Available for orders over $50 USD
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a simple return and exchange process.

Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom embroidery products (personalized items)
  • Used batting gloves and footwear (hygiene concerns)
  • Glove services (once work has begun)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange
  3. Wait for approval – we’ll email you return instructions within 2 business days

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Bank processing: Additional 5-10 business days may be required for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchange Policy

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive the original product
  • You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or Defective Items
